1. Prices and Estimates
The price for each project depends on factors such as the language pair, document type, volume of work, complexity, and required delivery time. We will provide a price estimate before any work begins. If the project requirements change after the estimate has been provided, the price may also be revised.
2. Project Confirmation
Work begins after the client accepts the prices & estimates and, where applicable, completes the agreed payment requirements.
3. Delivery
We strive to deliver every project within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery times may be affected by factors such as incomplete source files, additional client requests, or unforeseen technical issues.
4. Revisions
If you believe any part of our work requires correction, please let us know within a reasonable time after delivery. We will gladly review genuine concerns and make appropriate corrections where necessary.
5. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of privacy. Documents and information shared with us are handled with care and treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorised by the client.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the documents and information they provide are complete, accurate, and legally theirs to share.
7. Limitation of Liability
As language services involve professional judgment and interpretation, clients are encouraged to review the final deliverables before using them for legal, academic, governmental, commercial, or other official purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future projects.
